Complete a review​

  1. Confirm the item type and current status.
  2. Read the source data and generated output.
  3. Review the audit timeline so you do not duplicate or overwrite another reviewer’s work.
  4. Record the evidence behind your decision.
  5. Choose the permitted disposition: Approved, Corrected, Rejected, Escalated, or Closed.

Do not approve an output because it “looks plausible.” Verify it against the displayed source. Escalate when the source is incomplete, the risk is high, or the rubric does not cover the case.
