Work through the list​

  • Search within matches when you already have a company, title, or skill in mind.
  • Sort by Match Score to start with the strongest current alignment.
  • Expand Why you match and Potential Gaps before deciding.
  • Choose Save to revisit a role, Hide to remove an irrelevant result, or Apply Now to continue to the job application.
  • Use Load More Matches when available.

Refine what you see​

Filters can focus the list on remote roles, visa sponsorship, or employer type. The AI Refinement panel lets you adjust scoring weights and hard requirements, then choose Apply New Weights.

Use weights carefully

Treat weights as priorities, not proof. For example, increase location or role-skill importance when it is genuinely non-negotiable, but keep enough flexibility to discover adjacent opportunities.

Match percentages change as jobs, your resume, and your target preferences change. A lower score can still be worth reviewing when the role supports a deliberate career transition.
