Set up your Candidate workspace

Candidate onboarding (/onboarding/candidate) collects the signals OikoHire needs to build a useful profile and initial job matches.

Before you begin​

Have these ready:

  • your current location and target role;
  • a recent resume in a common document format;
  • a short list of genuine skills;
  • practical preferences such as remote work, employment type, and location.

Complete the steps​

Work through the form in order and review imported or parsed values before continuing. If LinkedIn is connected, you can use LinkedIn import to prefill some identity and profile fields.

Be specific. Frontend engineer working with React and TypeScript gives matching more useful context than Developer. For skills, add tools and capabilities you can support with real experience.

tip

Onboarding does not have to produce a perfect profile. Finish the required fields, open the dashboard, then improve the profile and resume with the dedicated editors.

When setup completes, OikoHire opens /dashboard/candidate. Continue with Resume, Profile, and Readiness.
