Turn readiness guidance into practice

The Preparation Center (/dashboard/candidate/preparation) organizes the work suggested by your readiness report into smaller, repeatable tasks.

Candidate Preparation Center with focus areas, daily tasks, and study paths

Cards may ask you to improve a targeted profile summary, upload and parse a resume, or practise communication. Choose Start, Solve, or Continue to work on an item; use View all topics for the wider library.

Daily practice tasks

Daily tasks cover practical areas such as communication, problem solving, and collaboration. Complete a manageable set instead of trying to clear everything at once. Load more exercises expands the list when you are ready.

Study paths

Active paths group work into profile and role-specific themes. The status reflects your current progress and may change after you update evidence or finish an exercise.

A simple 20-minute routine

Spend five minutes reviewing a focus area, ten minutes on one exercise, and five minutes capturing a better example from your real experience. Specific examples are more useful than memorized answers.

Choose Schedule Mock Interview when you want a timed practice session, or View Readiness Dashboard to see whether your supporting signals have changed.
