Review onboarding cases

Onboarding (/ops/onboarding) is the verification queue for company setup and related operational tasks.

Search by company, switch between All, My Tasks, and Pending, then choose Review. The case panel includes ownership, a verification checklist, and internal notes.

Choose Approve & Verify only when every required check is complete. Use Reject Application when evidence clearly fails policy, and record a useful reason.

Do not approve to clear a backlog. If evidence is ambiguous or the requested action exceeds Operations authority, preserve the case and escalate it.
