Recruiter quickstart
The Recruiter workspace is built around a simple loop: define the need, find people, organize the shortlist, and keep the process moving.
- Finish recruiter onboarding.
- Create and publish a job, or start with AI Semantic Search.
- Review the Candidates Directory and individual Candidate details.
- Organize prospects in Shortlists and the Pipeline.
- Coordinate Interviews and Messages.
tip
Use Work tracking as a weekly health check. Response time, overdue follow-ups, and neglect alerts often reveal process problems before a candidate disengages.
