Check the evidence first​

Review the executive summary, top skills, work experience, education, and parsed resume. The AI Readiness Analysis can highlight strengths, but it does not replace your own assessment.

Take the next action​

  • Shortlist adds the candidate to a selected shortlist.
  • Message opens a conversation.
  • Add phone records a permitted contact number when the workflow allows it.
  • Internal Notes stores recruiter-only context; choose Save after adding a note.
