The directory (/dashboard/recruiter/candidates) is the structured alternative to semantic search.

Narrow the pool​

Search by name or skill, then combine filters such as:

  • Role Category
  • AI Match Score
  • Candidate Status
  • Years of Experience
  • Verification

Use Advanced Filters for the full panel, Clear All to reset it, and Sort by: Match Score to control result order. Save Search keeps a useful filter combination for reuse.

Select a candidate to open the Candidate detail.

tip

Start broad enough to learn what the pool contains, then tighten one requirement at a time. A filter stack that returns nobody is usually easier to debug when you know which condition removed the last relevant results.
