Manage recruiter jobs

Jobs (/dashboard/recruiter/jobs) lists the roles owned by your recruiter workspace.

Find a job​

Search by title, ID, or location. Use Status, Location, and Department filters, then page through the result set with Previous and Next.

Choose View Careers Page to inspect the candidate-facing listings, or Post a New Job to open the creation flow.

Edit a job​

Open a row to reach /dashboard/recruiter/jobs/:id. The editor includes basic information, job description, compensation and benefits, skills, and screening questions.

Choose the intended state—Draft, Open, Paused, or Closed—then Save Changes.

tip

Pause a role when recruiting may resume; close it when hiring has ended. Keeping the state accurate prevents candidates from acting on a job you are not currently filling.
