Super Admin console guide

The Super Admin console starts at /dashboard/super-admin. It governs high-impact platform, identity, financial, safety, data, and integration workflows.

Before any high-impact action

1. Confirm you are in the correct environment and tenant context.
2. Open the source ticket, incident, or approved change record.
3. Verify the target and current state using an independent signal.
4. Check whether a second approver or step-up verification is required.
5. Define the expected result, monitoring window, rollback, and stop condition.
6. Record the outcome in the audit trail.
