Decide an approval request

Approval detail (/dashboard/super-admin/approvals/detail?id=…) presents request context, recorded events, a decision form, and recovery guidance.

Read the entire event history, verify the target independently, and provide detailed reasoning. Choose approve or reject only when the displayed request and the approved change record match.

Never approve your own request when policy requires separation of duties. Stop if the request was edited after review, the target changed, or the recovery plan is no longer valid.

After deciding, confirm the decision event appears and monitor the downstream action. A decision record does not prove the action completed successfully.
