Use System Diagnostics

System Diagnostics (/dashboard/super-admin/system-diagnostics) provides service health context and privileged incident controls.

Use Run Health Check first and correlate the result with logs, metrics, recent deployments, and provider status. Queue pause and emergency maintenance controls affect live product behavior.

Incident controls

Use Emergency maintenance or Pause resume queue only under an active incident procedure with an owner, communication plan, monitoring, recovery steps, and explicit resume criteria.

Stop or roll back if the action increases errors, blocks unrelated workflows, or fails to produce the expected diagnostic signal. Record timestamps and correlation IDs in the incident.
